Jindal Pharma

Our place, Jindal Pharma, is located right near the bus stand in Rampura Phul. It’s a very convenient spot because everyone knows where the bus stand is. There’s always people coming and going, buses revving their engines, and a lot of shouting from the conductors. It makes the day go by fast because there is always something to look at. We have a small shopfront and a back area where we keep all the stock. It’s not a very modern building, it’s been there for a long time and has a lot of character, or maybe it’s just old. We don’t mind. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to get around to it. Most of our customers are locals or people who just stepped off a bus. We don't have a big website or a marketing person. It’s just us behind the counter. We spend a lot of time counting pills and checking expiry dates. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. Sometimes the electricity cuts out in the afternoon, so we have to use flashlights to find things in the back. It’s just part of life in Rampura Phul. We’re just a regular pharmacy doing what we’ve always done. We try to stay organized but some days the paperwork just piles up on the small desk in the corner. It's a bit cramped when the delivery guys bring in new crates, but we manage to make space somehow. We just keep things moving.
