Institute Of Banking

Our place is on the first floor right across from Street Number 20. If you know the Ghora Wala Chowk on Ajit Road, then finding the Institute Of Banking isn't too hard. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs that can be a bit dark if the bulb is out. Once you get up there, it’s mostly just rows of chairs and whiteboards that have seen a lot of markers over the years. Ajit Road is always loud with horns and people shouting, so we try to keep the windows shut, even if it gets a bit stuffy. Students come here with their books and bags, usually looking a bit tired from all the studying. There is a small desk at the entrance where we keep the registers and some old magazines. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist. It’s just us and the students trying to figure out math problems and banking rules. We’ve got some fans on the ceiling that make a clicking sound, but nobody really notices after a while. The location is good because there are plenty of tea stalls nearby for breaks. It’s a plain setup, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our day checking papers and talking about exam dates. It's just a regular teaching spot in a very busy part of town.
