Hari Tea Industries

We are located in Maur Mandi, right near the Sadbhavna Hall in Mansa. If you are looking for Hari Tea Industries, that’s where you’ll find our building. It’s a bit of an industrial area, which suits us just fine because of the work we do. We have machines running and people moving around all day. It gets pretty loud and dusty, but that’s just how it is when you’re processing tea on a larger scale. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a water fountain. It’s more about the conveyor belts and the packing area. We focus on getting the tea ready for the market. The heat in Mansa can be quite something in the summer, so we have big fans running to keep the air moving inside. Most of the folks working here are locals from the surrounding area. We know each other's families and we have tea together during the breaks. We don't spend money on expensive marketing or glossy brochures. We just make sure the machines are working right and the tea is being packed correctly. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything running smooth without any breakdowns. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves and keep going. That’s the way we’ve always done it here near the hall. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to stay busy and productive.
