Goodricke

We operate out of Budhlada Village, specifically near Gate Basti in the Bachoana area. It’s a rural spot in Budhlada Tehsil, and that suits us just fine. Goodricke has been a name people know around here for a long time. The building we use is older, with thick walls that stay relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the village. We don’t have any fancy technology or a big marketing team. It’s just us and the work. Most of the people working here are from the village or just a short walk away. We know the land and we know the rhythms of the seasons. It gets busy during certain times of the year, and everyone has to pitch in to get things done. We don't have a lot of visitors, since we’re a bit out of the way, but we don’t mind the quiet. Our days start early, usually before the sun is fully up. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in from the fields. If something isn’t right, we fix it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people in Budhlada making sure everything runs the way it should. The roads around here can get muddy when it rains, so we sometimes have trouble with the trucks. But we always find a way to make it work and get things moved.
