The plot is big enough for what we need, and we spend most of our time here managing the daily stock. Bubu Wali is a familiar place to us, and we know many of the people who live nearby. It’s not a high-end establishment. It’s more of a local business where we do the work ourselves. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If something needs fixing, we usually just do it ourselves. The Bathinda Road traffic can be loud, but it’s part of the job. We see a lot of drivers and locals stopping in throughout the day. We keep our schedules pretty consistent. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just open up, check the freezers, and wait for people to come by. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the road. Plot No-18, Bathinda Road, Bubu Wali, is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s just a regular business in a regular part of town. We don’t try to make it sound more important than it is. It's just a small shop in Bubu Wali that we call ours. We do the work and then we go home.
