E Call Solutions

Our place is located at Survey No. 7117 on Street No. 7. We are situated right at the back side of the New Bus Stand on Mini Secretariat Road. This is in the Telian Wala Mohalla area. We are also quite close to N Walia English College. It’s a very busy part of town because of the bus stand and the students moving around. We provide various call-related solutions and communication services. The office is just a few rooms with computers and headsets. It’s not a corporate call center with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us working together. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. We just get on with the work that needs doing. Sometimes the noise from the bus stand can be a bit much, but the walls are thick enough that we can still hear our callers. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and have seen it grow a lot since the new roads were built. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just try to help people resolve their issues or make their calls without any trouble. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, but we take breaks and go for walks near the college. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just one that does its job properly. If you are ever near the bus stand, you can see our sign.
