We are based in Bathinda, over at SCF 96 in Model Town Phase II. This part of Punjab has been our home for a very long time, and we know the area like the back of our hands. We work as developers and colonizers, which mostly means we help set up new residential neighborhoods and living spaces. It is a lot of work that involves getting land permits, planning out the layouts, and dealing with all the local authorities. We aren't the type of people to use big marketing slogans or fancy advertisements. We just tell people exactly how it is. Building a new colony takes a huge amount of time and even more patience. We have seen Bathinda change and grow so much over the years, and we are glad to be a small part of that process. Our office in Model Town is where we do all our mapping and meet with people who are looking for a good place to build their future homes. It is often quite busy with people coming in and out all day long. We try to keep things as simple and clear as possible for everyone. There is already enough confusion in the real estate business, so we don't want to add to it. Sometimes there are delays with getting the electricity or the roads finished, but we stay on top of it until it is sorted out. We are just regular people working in the property business, trying to do things right.
