We've been running Dashmesh Agro Industries Private Limited over here on Bajakhana Road for a while now. Most people around Bhagta Bhai Katehsil know the spot. We're just down the road from Rampura Phul, and it’s usually pretty busy with tractors and trucks moving through. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up, but that is just how it goes with agriculture. My brother and I started this because we saw that farmers in our area needed someone reliable. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a kettle that’s always on for when neighbors drop by. Sometimes the phone rings all day long, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished without being interrupted. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine breaks down or someone needs some advice on their crops, we do what we can to help out. The weather plays a big part in what we do, so we are always keeping an eye on the clouds. It isn't always easy, and we make mistakes just like anyone else does, but we show up every morning and get to it. Most of our days are spent talking to local farmers and making sure orders are ready to go. It’s just regular work for regular folks. We don't need to be fancy; we just want to keep the business moving.
