Bansal Hospital

Our hospital, Bansal Hospital, sits right on NH64 in Rampura Phul. Being near the highway means we see a lot of different people. Some are just passing through and others live right here in the town. It is a noisy spot sometimes because of the trucks and the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a few days. The building is easy to spot if you are driving by. We have been here long enough that most folks in Rampura Phul know exactly where we are. Inside, it is just a normal hospital setup. We have the beds, the medicine cabinets, and the front desk where everyone checks in. It is not a very quiet life working here. There is always someone needing something, whether it is a bandage or just a checkup. We have a small team and we all know each other's habits well. The morning shift starts with a lot of tea and checking the overnight notes. We don't have any big corporate rules or fancy slogans. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator, which is just part of living in a place like this. It is a busy life, but it feels good to be right here on the highway helping out whoever walks through the door. It’s a real, honest place for the community, and we keep things simple.
