Baba Deep Singh Taxi Service Union

We run the Baba Deep Singh Taxi Service Union out of the Pura Bus Stand. It is located in Talwandi Sabo, which is part of the 151001 pin code in Bhatinda. This is not a fancy business. It is a union, so it is a group of us working together from the same spot near the bus stand. You will usually find a few of us sitting around the office or near the cars talking. It is a practical setup because everyone knows the bus stand area. We spend most of our time coordinating who goes where and making sure the drivers are okay. We do not have any shiny brochures or a big sales team. If you need a car, you just come by the stand and talk to whoever is on duty that day. The office is small and filled with old clipboards and keys. It can get pretty crowded when it rains, but we make do with the space we have. People in Talwandi Sabo know us because we have been here for a long time. We are not looking to change much about how we operate. It works for the drivers and it works for the people who need rides. It is just a bunch of guys keeping the taxi service going day in and day out. That is really all there is to it. We just show up and start the day like everyone else does.
