Rs Builders & Engineers Ltd, Ludhiana

Even though the name says Ludhiana, you can find our actual base over in Batala, at B-Xi/ 58 in Krishna Nagar. Gurdaspur district is where we really spend most of our time. We are a mix of builders and people who know the engineering side of things. It’s a small group of us working out of this office. Krishna Nagar is a decent area and we've been here for a while. Our office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. We do a lot of work on local structures. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get to the sites, but Batala is home. People in the neighborhood see us coming and going in our work clothes. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It's a dusty job, so we dress for it. We've seen a lot of changes in the district over the years. New buildings going up everywhere. We’ve had a hand in a few of them. It's good to see the area growing. We just keep our heads down and do the work. My partner handles the math and the drawings, and I'm usually out making sure the materials arrive on time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things that stay up and try to be helpful when people ask us questions about their homes.
