Reliance Life Insurance

We are located over at No. 307/23 in Ujjagar Nagar. Most days start around the same time when we unlock the front door and get the chairs sorted out. Reliance Life Insurance is where we spend our time handling a lot of paperwork and talking to people about their policies. It’s not a very big space but it works for what we need. You’ll usually see a few of us sitting at the desks going through files or answering the phone when it rings. The neighborhood stays pretty busy throughout the day which keeps things interesting. Sometimes people just stop by because they are passing through and have a quick question about a claim or a payment they need to make. We try to keep things organized but with so many documents it can get a bit cluttered on the shelves. There is a lot of reading involved in this job and explaining things to folks who walk in. We’ve been at this spot for a while now so most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s just a regular office where we do our work and try to stay on top of the schedule. On hot days the fan stays on full blast while we check the computer screens. There is always something to update or a form that needs a signature. We just take it one day at a time here in Ujjagar Nagar.
