Klg Industries

Klg Industries is located at No. 13 in the Focal Point area. This part of town is mostly factories and workshops, so it’s never really quiet. There is always the sound of metal clanging or trucks idling outside. Our building is a simple one, mostly concrete with big metal doors that we roll up every morning at eight. Inside, it’s a bit dark until we get all the lights on. We have various machines taking up the floor space. They are old but they still work just fine if you know how to talk to them. The floor is stained with oil in some places, and we try to keep it clean, but it’s a constant battle in this line of work. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us in overalls near the back. We do a lot of heavy lifting and sometimes the days feel very long. There’s a small cabin in the corner where we keep the ledgers and the telephone. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter because the ceiling is so high. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the orders out on time and keep the machines running. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time.
