Amrit Enterprises

Amrit Enterprises is based out of No. 212 on Kashmir Road. We are in Block 50. It’s a pretty standard spot in a busy area. We've been operating out of this unit for some time now. Usually, the day starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to go out. The road gets a lot of trucks and bikes passing through, so it’s rarely quiet. We handle a variety of items depending on what people are asking for that month. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure the deliveries arrive on time. Sometimes the courier is late, and we just have to wait around. That’s just part of the routine. We aren’t a big corporation or anything like that. Just a few of us working together in the office and the small storage area we have. Most of our neighbors on Kashmir Road are doing the same thing. We see the same faces every morning at the tea stall nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy stuff. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the records are right. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to fit everything. If you walk past Block 50, you’ll probably see us sorting through boxes. It is a straightforward business. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us once they get onto the main road. It keeps us busy and moving.
