Guru Nanak Agricultures

Guru Nanak Agricultures is located on Jalandhar Road in Batala. We are situated right near the bus stand, so there is a lot of activity around our shop throughout the day. In the Gurdaspur district, farming is what keeps everything moving, and we are part of that cycle. We work on agricultural machinery, fixing things that have broken down in the fields or making new parts when they are needed. The shop is usually noisy and smells of grease and metal. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our equipment is just lined up where we have space. We’ve been here long enough that the local farmers know us by name. When the harvest season starts, we are here from early morning until late at night because that’s when everyone needs their gear working perfectly. We don't have a big mission statement or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the tractors and plows that leave our shop are ready for the work ahead. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with buses and trailers, but we just keep working through it. It’s a simple, honest business. We don't use complicated language or try to sell people things they don't actually need. If it can be fixed, we fix it. That’s just the way we do things here in Batala.
