Our place, Sachkhand Machine Tools, which is a unit of Smt, is located on G. T. Road. We are quite close to the Deluxe Pully area. G. T. Road is always packed with traffic, so it can be a bit of a hassle to get to us sometimes. We work with different kinds of machine tools. It’s a workshop environment, not a polished retail store. There is grease and the smell of metal everywhere. We’ve been at this location for a long time. People who work with machines know where we are. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing campaigns. We just focus on the tools. If a machine breaks down, we try to find the right part or tool to fix it. Sachkhand Machine Tools is a small operation. We have a few guys who really understand the technical side of things. It’s not always a clean job, but we like the work. Sometimes we have to hunt for old parts that aren't made anymore. It's a bit like a treasure hunt. We don't have a big front desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We don't have any missions or visions written on the walls. We just want to get the tools ready for the people who need them. It's a simple, straightforward business on a busy road. We usually have the radio on while we work to keep things lively.
