Abrol Telecom

Our shop is at House Number 344 on Diamond Avenue in Batala. It’s actually a residential area, so it’s a bit different than being in a big commercial mall, but that’s how we like it. We handle all sorts of telecom things, like helping people with their mobile connections or fixing up issues they might be having with their phones. People from around the neighborhood usually just walk over when they need something. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a small place where we keep our tools and parts. Batala is a tight-knit place, and everyone seems to know everyone else on Diamond Avenue. We spend a lot of time just chatting with customers while we work on their devices. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment where you’re just a number. We know our regulars and we try to help them out without charging them an arm and a leg. Sometimes we run out of a certain part and have to wait a few days for it to come in, but folks around here are patient. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen phones change from simple bricks to these big touchscreens everyone has now. We just keep learning as we go and stay part of the local community here in our house office.
