Urban Berry Associates (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Basant Vihar Colony. We are located near Booty More in Ranchi, specifically at House Number 002 which is called Subh Labh. It’s right in the Booty Basti area. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller setup, usually just a few of us handling the daily operations. We aren't doing big TV ads or anything. Most people find us because they live in the colony or they heard about us from a neighbor. The office is just a regular house really, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We deal with various associate tasks, mostly revolving around local projects in this part of town. The area around Booty More is growing fast, so there is always some sort of activity or new building popping up nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk sorting out paperwork and plans. It isn't always exciting, but it is necessary. We like being in Basant Vihar because it is quiet enough to get things done but close to the main road when we need to head out. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone stops by, they usually just talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We just try to stay busy and do the work that comes our way. The house has a small sign out front so you won't get lost.
