Our office is situated at 545A/426A in the New Basti area, right there in Kydganj. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not from around here, as the house numbering in this part of town can be a bit of a puzzle for newcomers. We handle international trade business, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls, filling out forms, and checking on where the goods are currently located. It is usually just a couple of us sitting in the office through the day, trying to stay organized while the fans overhead creak a bit. Kydganj is a busy enough neighborhood, but our little street stays relatively quiet most of the time. We have lived and worked in this area for a long time, so it feels comfortable being here instead of some big office park. The walls have some marks on them and the furniture is old, but it serves its purpose for the work we do. We do not have a front desk or anyone to greet you, so you just have to walk in and find us at the back. There is always a pot of tea going on the small stove in the corner for when someone drops by. It is just a regular small business operation where we focus on getting the shipments cleared and the papers filed correctly. Some days are quite long when the shipments are delayed, but that is just how this business works for us.
