Sanbratech Hotels is based at House Number 27 in Madwannagar, Basti. We are a local company through and through. The 272001 area is where we live and work. We don't have a big corporate headquarters in a skyscraper. We just have this one place in a regular neighborhood. We focus on the hotel business here in Uttar Pradesh. It is a simple operation where we handle the management and daily running of rooms for guests. We are not trying to be the biggest hotel chain in the country. We just want to do a good job in our own corner of the world. Basti is a place we know well, and the people here know us too. Our work day is usually filled with checking on the properties and making sure guests are happy. If there is a problem with the electricity or a guest needs something extra, we are the ones who take the call. We do not have any fancy slogans or polished "About Us" pages written by experts. This is just us telling you who we are. We are regular people who work hard and try to keep things honest. It is a lot of hours and sometimes it is stressful, but we like the hospitality business. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the work itself. That is how we have always done things.
