We are situated over at 08, Gulmohar Colony. It is in the Nai Basti area, specifically in Bhadewa. OPPORTUNE ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on our door, though we mostly just think of ourselves as a small team trying to keep up with our daily workload. The colony is a residential type of place, so it isn't too noisy during the work hours. We have a small office space at number 8 where we manage our private limited company affairs. It’s nothing fancy, just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time looking at screens or talking through projects. Bhadewa is where we decided to set roots because it felt central enough for our needs. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s the kind of place where you know the guy selling tea on the corner. We like the local feel of Nai Basti. It makes coming to work feel less like a chore. We try to be organized but things get messy sometimes when we are busy. It’s just a real office with real people working inside Gulmohar Colony. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't see that changing anytime soon. Just a small business doing its thing.
