We are located at Kilometer 229.500 on the NH-28. It’s in the village of Gaurapar, near the post office in Khalilabad. This is the Sant Kabir Nagar area in UP. Our office is set up with B. Seenaiah & Co. Projects Ltd. It’s right on the highway, so we get a lot of dust and the constant sound of trucks passing by all day and night. It’s a very practical location for a construction firm like Rani Constructions. We need to be close to the road work we’re doing. The office is basically a hub for the engineers and the site supervisors to meet up. It’s not fancy at all. There are some maps on the walls and plenty of dusty boots by the door. We drink a lot of strong tea and talk about the progress of the road and the weather. If it rains too much, everything slows down, which is a bit of a headache. The PIN is 272175. Most of us live nearby or stay in temporary housing during the big project phases. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. It’s more about getting the machines running and making sure the materials arrive on time. It’s a tough environment sometimes with the heat and the noise, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to stay on schedule.
