M/S Afcons Infrastructure Ltd.

Our office is in Baghauli village, which is in the Sant Kabir Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a rural spot, right in the heart of the village area. We use this place to manage the local infrastructure work for M/S Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. It’s not a big city office with elevators or receptionists. It’s just a building in the village where we keep our tools and papers. The pace of life here is steady. We start early when it’s still cool outside. The people working here are mostly locals who know every lane in Baghauli. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to get the job done. We talk to the villagers and the workers in a way that everyone understands. There’s no corporate jargon used here. If a project has a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. The office has a lot of dust from the roads, but that’s just part of it. We have some old wooden tables and some benches. It’s a very simple setup. We are proud of being part of this district. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here in Sant Kabir Nagar, doing our bit for the infrastructure and going about our days. It’s a quiet, practical life for the whole team here.
