Milford Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of Old Basti. If you know the Khirighat area, that’s exactly where we are located. We're at C/0 Geeta Srivastava's place. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around here for a while. We’ve been working in the pharmaceutical line for a bit now. Basti is a quiet town compared to the big cities like Lucknow, and we honestly like that. It’s much simpler here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure things run the way they are supposed to. The office is tucked away in the mohalla. It feels more like a home than a sterile workplace, which makes the days go by faster. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking our supplies. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is good in the evenings. People in the neighborhood know us by name. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people need. Dealing with health products requires some care, so we don't rush through things. The building has been here for years and it’s got that old-fashioned charm that you only find in the older parts of Basti. We don't use much jargon or talk about big goals. We just focus on the day-to-day work. It's a living. We appreciate the people who work here and the neighbors who are kind to us. It is just us.
