Maa Kamakhaya Realcon Private Limited is located right in Manaitand Basti. We are near the Jharkhand office, so it's a busy little area with plenty going on. We started this because we wanted to work in the local real estate scene here. It’s been an interesting journey so far. Our office isn't anything flashy, just a functional space where we get things done. We deal with lots of different people looking for property or wanting to sell what they have. Most of the time, we’re out and about or sitting at the desk going over maps and documents. It’s real work. Manaitand is a place we know inside out. We grew up around these parts, which helps when people ask questions about the local plots. We don't use fancy talk or big promises. We just tell people what we know. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If someone stops by, they’re usually looking for honest advice on a piece of land. We try to be helpful. It’s a simple setup, really. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the local market. There’s always someone coming by the Basti to ask about a new listing or a bit of land near the main road. It keeps us on our toes and we like the pace of it. This isn't a big corporation, just a few of us working together.
