We've been working out of the first floor here in Nai Basti for a while now. It's right near Baghel Choupal, so people find us easily enough if they know the landmark. Lakshiv Realty is basically just a small team trying to handle property stuff around the ward. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. It's not always quiet in the office since the area is busy, but it keeps things interesting. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially when we are juggling several things at once. We handle a bit of everything related to local real estate. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the streets pretty well. If you walk up to the first floor at 835, you'll probably see us drinking tea and looking over maps or legal documents. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and old filing cabinets. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we talk to. Property can be a headache, so we just take it one day at a time. The office is tucked away in Ward No-17, which is a good spot for keeping an eye on how the neighborhood is changing. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything, we mostly just rely on people stopping by or calling us up. It works out okay for us. It’s a simple life and we like it.
