Ingris Builders Private Limited is located at number 54 in Sant Kabir Nagar. It’s a straightforward setup we have here. We don't really have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we get the building work organized. Sant Kabir Nagar is a quiet enough area to work from most of the time. We spend a lot of our days out on the sites, checking on the progress of the walls and the foundations. Building things takes a lot of patience and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned with the weather or the materials. We just deal with it as it comes. Our team is small, mostly locals who know the area well. We handle the paperwork and the permits at the office and then spend the rest of the time where the actual construction is happening. There's always a lot of dust and noise when a project is going on, but that’s just part of the job. We keep our tools and some of the smaller equipment nearby. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about a project. It’s a basic operation but we have been doing this long enough to know the routine. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. That is really all there is to it at the end of the day.
