Douceur Sportswear Mfg Pvt Ltd is based out of a quiet area in Basti, specifically in Village Ahar. We operate from the premises of Sri Shiv Narayan, and being in a place like Post-Sonha means things move at a different pace than the big cities. Out here in Uttar Pradesh, the air is a bit different and the surroundings are mostly green fields. Our manufacturing setup is practical and straightforward. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a big family more than a company. We do not have any corporate boardrooms or high-tech security systems. We just have our workspace and the stuff we make. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of living in the district.
