Creative Technology

Creative Technology is located at No. 23 on Malviya Road, which is in the village of Amar Doobha near Basti. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the big cities, but Malviya Road still sees its share of locals moving about. We are close to the police station, so it’s easy for people to find our place. The shop is a simple building where we handle different kinds of technical tasks and repairs. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to let whatever breeze there is come through. We have some old wooden tables where we do most of our work, and there are wires and tools scattered around. Amar Doobha has a certain pace to it, and we try to stick to that. We know most of our neighbors and often chat with people as they walk by on their way to the market or the station. The walls inside are decorated with a few old posters and some shelves we built ourselves to hold parts. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a local spot where we use what we have to fix things. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, which is just part of life here. We take things as they come and try to get the work finished by the time the sun goes down and the street lights come on.
