People around Basti know where we are, right near the IOC depot and the railway colony. It gets busy around here with the trains and the industrial traffic, but that is just part of the day. Bhavya Lok Hospital Private Limited has been set up at this spot for a while now. K K Shriwastava is a name many locals recognize in this part of town. We handle a lot of different cases every day. Some people come in for small things, others need more time. The building isn't a fancy glass tower, but it works for what we do. You walk in and you see people from the neighborhood waiting their turn. It is not always quiet, especially when the shifts change at the depot. We try to keep things moving so people aren't sitting around too long. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the families coming through the doors. It’s a local place. We don’t have big glossy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the medical work that needs doing in Basti. Finding us is pretty easy if you follow the road towards the depot. Most rickshaw drivers know the way. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets dusty, but we keep the doors open anyway. We are just here doing our job in this corner of the railway colony.
