Nikhil Spicy

You can find us at Plot No. 14 on Bus Stand Road in Village Bademurma, which is in the Jagdalpur taluka. We go by the name Nikhil Spicy. Our location is right near the local bus stand, so there is always a lot of commotion. We hear the bus conductors shouting and the engines idling all through the day. It is a lively spot, and it makes it very easy for people from the surrounding villages to reach us. We work with different types of spices that are common in this region. Our building isn't very big, and it is a simple construction with a tin roof that gets quite loud when it rains. Inside, we do all the sorting, drying, and packing by hand or with some basic machines. It is not a high-tech factory by any means. We have a small team of people from Village Bademurma who have been working with us for a long time. We are more like a family than a bunch of employees. We don't have any strict office hours; we just work until the day's tasks are finished. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust from the road or the heat of the afternoon sun, but we just manage. We don't have any big plans to expand or become a huge corporation. We are just happy to be here on Bus Stand Road, doing our work and being part of the Jagdalpur community. It is a plain and simple way to live and work.
