Manager (Production Planning Control)

We operate out of Rojgaripara in Kondagaon. It is a quiet part of Chhattisgarh compared to the bigger cities. My title is Manager for Production Planning Control, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, I just figure out what needs to be made and when it needs to be finished. It is about keeping the flow going so nobody is standing around waiting. The office is basic. We have a few charts on the wall and a lot of lists. Living and working here means you deal with the local pace of life. It is not always fast, but we get there. The weather can be a bit much during the monsoon season when the roads get muddy. We have been at this location for a while now and everyone around here knows where to find us. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy logo. We just have our work and the schedules we try to stick to. Sometimes things break down or materials arrive late, and then I have to shuffle the plans around. That is just part of the job. It is a very practical environment. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. It is a good life here in Kondagaon. We just keep the production moving as best as we can every single day without making a big fuss.
