Wintech Pharmachem Equipments operates out of G 9 A in the Siddharth Industrial Estate No. 1. We are situated in Shailesh Udyog Nagar, right along Sativali Road in Vasai East. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machines or someone unloading a truck nearby. It is a very practical environment. Our unit is basically a large workspace where we handle the equipment part of the business. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit; most of us are in sturdy clothes because things can get a bit grimy. The Sativali Road area is always busy, and sometimes finding a parking spot near the gate is a bit of a challenge. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in the other units are all doing similar industrial work. Inside, it’s mostly metal desks and some heavy-duty shelving for the parts we use. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the one the estate provides. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, but it works for what we need. It’s a bit of a journey for those of us coming from further away in Mumbai, but Vasai East has its own rhythm. We just come in, do the technical work, and try to get the orders out on time. It's honest work and the space reflects that. We usually keep some spare parts lying around just in case an urgent repair comes up when we are busy.
