If you find yourself out in Vasai East, you might run into our place at Richa Industrial Estate. We occupy Plot No. G/4 inside the second building of the estate. It is located within the New Kt Industrial Park, which is part of the Survey No. 15 area in Village Valiv. It’s quite a long address to write down on envelopes, but it’s where we do all our manufacturing. We handle things related to pets and machinery, which is a bit of a mix, but it works for us. The area stays pretty crowded with workers and delivery vans, especially around the industrial park entrance. Universal Pet Products Universal Machinery has been operating from this spot for a while now. The workshop floor is usually loud with the sound of machines running throughout the shift. We have a small office space near the front, but most of the action happens in the back where the actual assembly takes place. People in the village know us well enough by now. It isn't a quiet neighborhood, but that’s the nature of an industrial estate like this one. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of raw materials coming in at once. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here in Valiv. We stay busy and keep the machines maintained as best as we can.
