You can find Sunder Building Material at Shop Number 1 on the Main Road in Vidisha. We are very easy to spot because we are located right near the Police Station. Being on the main road means there is a constant stream of cars and buses passing by our front door. It’s a very central location, which makes it convenient for people to stop by when they are passing through town. Our shop is full of the usual things you would expect, like bags of cement, bricks, and other hardware. It’s not a polished environment; it’s a working warehouse where things get moved around and stacked up. Sometimes the noise from the traffic makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We spend most of our time dealing with builders and local homeowners who are fixing up their places. The proximity to the police station means the area is generally quite orderly, though the road can get jammed during peak hours. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down, usually ending the day by sweeping up the sand and debris that blows in from the street. We don't do much advertising; people just know we are here because of the location. It’s a straightforward business, and we just try to keep enough stock on hand so that we don’t run out when someone needs something in a hurry.
