Our office is in the Super Market building, right near the IDBI Bank. It is on the Mhow Neemuch Road in Dhar. It is a busy area, lots of people coming and going from the bank next door. Being at Office No. 10 means we hear everything happening in the hallway. We have been at this location for a bit now. It is a practical spot because everyone knows where the IDBI Bank is, so people do not get lost trying to find Sainath Industrial Works. Inside, it is mostly desks and files. We deal with the industrial side of things, but the office is where the planning happens. It is not very big, just enough room for the team and a few chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of tea while going over schedules. The road outside is always crowded with trucks moving towards Neemuch. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we have to clean the windows more than I would like. It is a straightforward operation. We do not go in for fancy decorations or anything. Just some calendars on the wall and the usual office supplies. It feels like a real workplace, not some polished corporate showroom. People stop by to discuss projects, and we just get down to business. Dhar is a good place for this kind of work. The location works well for us and the staff.
