Pinnacle Industries Ltd.

Pinnacle Industries Ltd. is located at Plot No 191 in Sector No 1 of the Pithampur Industrial Area. Pithampur is a massive place, and being in Sector 1 means we are right in the thick of all the industrial activity in Madhya Pradesh. Our plot is quite large, and there is always a lot of movement with the forklifts moving pallets around the yard. It can be quite a long commute for some of the guys coming from the city, but the roads are mostly decent until you get into the industrial zones where the heavy trucks have chewed up the asphalt. The main building is mostly open space where the assembly and packing happen, and we have a small section partitioned off for the site manager’s office. It’s usually pretty dusty because of the trucks driving past on the dirt shoulder, so we have to wipe down the equipment every morning before we start the shift. We don't really have any fancy amenities here, just a water cooler and some plastic chairs in the corner for breaks. It’s a very practical environment where the main goal is just to keep the production line moving and make sure the count is right at the end of the day. The heat in Madhya Pradesh can be really intense in May, so we usually have the big exhaust fans running at full speed from sunrise to sunset.
