You can find us at 102 in Industrial Area Number 1. This place is surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of engines or machines in the background. Eicher Motors has been a part of this landscape for quite some time. The building is solid and built for work, not for looking pretty. We have a lot of space here, which is necessary for the kind of stuff we deal with. Every morning the gates open and the crew comes in. It is a lot of grease, metal, and hard work. We do not really go for the corporate vibe you see in the big city offices. Here, it is more about what is happening on the floor. The industrial area can be a bit grim when it rains because of the mud, but we do not mind much. We have got a job to do. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we know the sounds of a healthy engine by heart. It is a busy spot, with trucks coming in and out all day long. We keep our tools close and our heads down. If you walk through the area, you cannot miss us. We are the ones with the big doors and the steady hum of activity. There isn't any fancy lobby with a receptionist, just a workspace where things get built and fixed. That is how we like it, and it seems to work out okay.
