Bkisan Smart Farming Private Limited is our little company down in Barwani. We are located right by the Hanuman Mandir in Talun, 01 Anjad. The Barwani Road is right there, and it’s always full of trucks and a lot of dust in the dry months. We call it "smart farming" because we try to use some newer ideas, but at the end of the day, it’s still just farming. You still get dirty and you still have to worry about the bugs and the wind. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside. It’s just got a few desks and some old chairs we’ve had for a long time. We spend a lot of time talking to the local farmers who come by the temple. They have a lot of questions about how to get more out of their land without spending a fortune on things they don't need. We try to help out where we can with some advice or better tools. The 451551 area is where we grew up, so we know most of the people around here. It’s not a corporate thing at all. We are just local guys trying something new. Sometimes the electricity goes out for hours and we just sit outside and talk about the next crop. It’s a different pace of life. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a sales team. If someone needs us, they just walk into the office or find us out on the road.
