Dcr Flour Mills

Dcr Flour Mills is a small place located in Barwaha. We deal with grain every single day. The sound of the grinding machines is something you just get used to after an hour of being inside. It is always a bit dusty because of the flour in the air, but that is part of the job. We take the grain that comes in and turn it into something people can actually use to cook their meals. There isn't much more to it than that. We have been in Barwaha for a while and the locals know us. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lot of advertising. People just know where the mill is when they need their sacks filled. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment because you have to keep things decent. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which can be frustrating, but we use that time to sweep up or check the bags. It is a steady rhythm of work. We aren't a big industrial factory with conveyor belts and robots. It is mostly us moving sacks by hand and making sure the settings on the grinders are right. It is noisy and repetitive, but there is a satisfaction in seeing the clean flour come out the other end. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing for the town. It is a simple business that keeps us very busy.
