Anok Food Corporate is based out in Village Chitramod, near Sanawad in the Khargone district. Our place is easy to spot because we are right near the Navodaya Vidhyalaya. We handle a lot of food-related work here in the village. It is a practical setup, focused on getting things processed and moved out to where they need to go. Being in a rural area like this means we are close to where the actual food comes from. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls; it is more of a functional building that suits the work we do every day. The people who work here are mostly from around the local villages. We know the land and we know the crops. It can be hard work, especially during the harvest seasons when everything happens at once. The roads around here can be a bit dusty, but we do not mind that much. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the quality is what it should be. Dealing with food means you have to be careful and consistent, so we spend a lot of time on that. We have been part of the Chitramod community for a while and we plan on staying. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We just do our bit and keep the business moving along one day at a time without any fuss.
