Weldman Synergic Pvt. Ltd. has been over here in Mahamayatala for a while now. We are tucked away in Purbo Para, right near Post-Laskar Pur. It’s a busy spot in Garia and getting things delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes with the narrow roads, but we manage somehow. Mostly we deal with welding stuff. The machines come in, we get them sorted out, and then they go out to whoever needs them for their projects. It is a messy job sometimes because of the grease and the metal parts lying around the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when you’re busy, things just pile up on the benches. Our team is small. Just a few guys who know how these synergic systems actually work. We spend most of the day looking at circuit boards or testing the voltage on different units. Sometimes a customer calls and says their machine is acting up, so we have to troubleshoot over the phone or they just bring it back here to the shop. It isn't a fancy office with air conditioning in every room. Usually, the fans are just pushing warm air around while we work. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. People usually find us because someone else told them we could fix their gear. It’s just daily work, making sure the welding equipment stays running so the local builders and fabricators can finish their own jobs on time. That’s pretty much the whole story.
