Our office for the Singur branch is actually located in the Lakegarden area of Kolkata, care of Kshitish Ch Bepari. It is in the P.O. Laskarpur area within the South 24 Parganas district. We have been operating from here to handle the various needs related to our work in the region. It is a residential-feeling spot, which makes it a bit more relaxed than being right in the middle of a noisy commercial hub. We have a small crew that manages the files and the local outreach. West Bengal has its own way of doing things, and we have adapted to that over the years. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and coordinating logistics. Sometimes the rainy season makes things a bit tricky for travel, but we are used to it. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the desks we need and a place to keep all the records safe. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or modern art on the walls. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly and on time. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents. We know the people in the neighborhood, and it feels like we are part of the local fabric. It is a simple, honest way to run this part of the business. We focus on the details and try to be helpful whenever someone comes by.
