Joydeb Enterprise

Joydeb Enterprise is our small business located in Dhamua. We are very close to the Dhamua Bazar, so there is always a lot of movement around our shop. We’ve been in this part of 24 Parganas South for a long time. Our work is pretty general. We supply things that the local people need, whether it’s for their homes or small projects. The shop is a simple building. We keep most of our items stacked inside where it’s dry. Magrahat is the local police station area we fall under. Every day, we open up early and wait for the morning rush from the market. It can get quite loud with all the rickshaws and people shouting. That’s just the atmosphere of the bazar. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment. We use a basic scale and keep our notes in a diary. Sometimes we sit out front and talk to the neighbors when things are slow. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don’t spend money on advertising. Everyone around here already knows where we are located. We just focus on having what people ask for at the moment. The work isn't glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep the shop running and try to be useful to anyone who stops by our place near the bazar. It is just the way we have always done things here for years.
