Dms Overseas is located in Sri Ram Nagar, which is right off the main Bhigwan Road. It’s a decent enough spot, though the road can get incredibly dusty during the dry months. We deal with various types of goods and handle the shipping logistics. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a couple of rooms with some old computers and tall stacks of papers on every surface. We spend a huge amount of our time on the phone or checking emails to see where the containers are. It’s a lot of coordination and waiting for people to call back. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. There’s just a small group of us here doing everything. We share a tiny kitchen area in the back where we make tea and eat our lunch together. Sometimes things get stressful when there are unexpected delays at the shipping port or problems with the local transport trucks, but that's just part of the everyday job. We don't use any high-level business jargon or corporate talk. We just speak like regular people. The neighborhood around Sri Ram Nagar is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the busy road. We have a small storage area in the back for keeping samples and items that need to be sent out. We don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just try to keep the paperwork straight. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation.
