Our place is over at 24/1, B.T. Road in Agarpara, right near Tetultala. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a bit much sometimes. We’ve got a decent-sized space here for handling our exports. It’s mostly just keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. There’s a lot of loading and unloading that happens near the entrance. The air usually smells like the road and the nearby shops. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a group of people making sure things get shipped out on time. The building itself has been around for a bit. We’ve got some fans going to keep the heat down during the summer months. It gets pretty loud when the trucks are idling outside. We mostly deal with the logistics of it all. Someone is always on the phone or checking a list. We don't really have a reception area, you just kind of walk in and find whoever is available. It’s a practical setup for us. We handle the paperwork and make sure the crates are packed right. Tetultala is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the drivers to find, even if the road is bumpy. We just stay busy and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of physical work, but we’re used to it by now. The days go by fast when there's a lot of freight to move. We just keep the wheels turning.
