We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture because we’d rather just focus on getting our tasks done. The area around Vinodenagar is pretty active, and being on Mb Rd means we see a lot of people passing by. Our space is mostly filled with the things we’re working on, so it can get a bit cluttered sometimes. We try to keep a decent schedule, but sometimes the shipments take longer than they should, and we end up staying late to sort it out. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping with the packing. There isn't much hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and gets it done. We’ve had some tough days where things didn't go as planned, but that’s part of the business.
