M/S Space & Design Pvt. Ltd.

Over in the village of Kowgachi, near Shyamnagar, you can find the office for M/S Space & Design Pvt. Ltd. We are in the North 24 Parganas district, and the pin code is 743127. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city, which actually helps when we’re trying to focus on drawings and plans. Our office space is filled with rolls of blueprints and different design samples scattered around. Sometimes the floor is covered in scraps of paper from where we've been sketching out ideas. We are just a group of people who like to figure out how spaces should look and function. It’s not a high-end studio with glass walls. We work on wooden tables that have seen better days. The light comes in through the big windows in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. Most of the people who come to see us are from the local area or nearby towns. We spend a lot of time debating where a wall should go or what kind of materials would work for a specific project. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just draw things up and try to make them work in the real world. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's life here. We just keep at it until the job is finished and the sketches are ready to be built.
