Lokenath Travels

You can find us at Sristi Apartment, which is at 146 Old Culcutta Road. Lokenath Travels is basically just a small office where we help people figure out their trips and transport. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a couple of desks and some phones that ring more than you’d expect. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and making sure the cars are where they need to be. Traffic on Old Culcutta Road can be a real pain sometimes, so we’re always checking the clock to see if our schedules are holding up. People come in to book tickets or just to ask about prices for a weekend trip. We try to give them straight answers without any of that complicated talk. The office can get a bit cramped when a few customers show up at once, but we manage. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and it’s a decent spot for a business like ours. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a driver dropping off keys or a client picking up their paperwork. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything is written down correctly so there aren't any mix-ups later. We just focus on the day’s bookings and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. It's a lot of phone calls every single day but we are used to it.
