You can find Hindustan Motors Ltd. at 46 A.A. Pai Road in the Indrapuri area of Belgharia. This part of Kolkata has a very traditional feel to it, and our office is no different. We are based in an older building that has a lot of history. It’s not one of those modern places with glass walls and air conditioning in every single corner. We have big windows that let in the city sounds, and we use fans to keep the air moving. Our desks are old wooden ones, and we still use a lot of paper for our records. It’s just the way we’ve always done things, and it works fine for us. We have a small group of people working here, and many of them have been with us for decades. It feels more like a community than a standard office. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches about the future. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. The neighborhood of Belgharia is always busy, with people coming and going from the post office and the shops nearby. We are right in the middle of all that activity. We don't really do any flashy marketing. We just try to be honest in our work and keep the business going as best as we can. It’s a very grounded, practical environment to be in every day for all of us here.
